Roselle’s career spans the delivery of more than 300 large-scale events and systemic interventions across Australia, the UK, and Africa. Her extensive project portfolio includes managing high-volume corporate hospitality for the Rugby World Cup 2003, directing major community initiatives like the Glebe Street Fair, and consulting for international delegations including the Beijing Olympics organizers.

Beyond large-scale operations, Roselle is the Founder and Director of The Corporate Butterfly and a certified Systemic Wellness Coach. She specializes in organizational culture, burnout prevention, and systems-level leadership, having spearheaded pro-bono cultural recovery and emotionally intelligent leadership programs for international bodies like Cricket South Africa.
