Mark Dyer brings over 25 years of banking, financial services leadership, and commercial credit expertise to Leidara as Chief Executive Officer and Senior Broker. Combining technical credit mastery with deep operational acumen, Mark leads Leidara’s customer operations to deliver tailored capital and advisory solutions for growing businesses.
Mark’s foundation spans the full spectrum of Australian banking. He began his career at ANZ, advancing over eight years from retail operations into senior roles across Business, Corporate, and Institutional Banking. He spent over nine years at Macquarie Group as Senior Manager and Regional Manager, leading state distribution channels, overseeing major asset finance integrations, and managing over $750 million in commercial loan portfolios. As Founder and Managing Director of Convergent Capital, he also built bespoke ITC enterprise financing solutions.
Mark holds a Master of Commerce in Applied Finance (UNSW), an MBA with distinction (Macquarie University), and a Bachelor of Business in Accounting, Economics, and Law (Monash). A former 100th President of the Rotary Club of Sydney, he is deeply committed to ethical leadership and community service.
At Leidara, Mark oversees customer operations, pipeline execution, and credit strategy. His thorough understanding of business cash flows, balance sheets, and institutional credit frameworks ensures that complex commercial transactions are structured with precision, evaluated efficiently, and seamlessly executed.
